Trucker
Jesus is the Answer
On February 14, 2005, Ken Woodard a truck driver from Arkansas, was driving on I-75 in Kentucky when he came to exit 181 in Florence and decided to get some rest. Ken was deeply depressed and on the verge of suicide, his wife had left him. I'll never forget what he told me as long as I live. He said when he turned the corner to go into the TA Truck Stop, he saw a cross up above the trucker chapel trailer that was all in lights. He parked his truck and headed for the cross for help. Ken is a Christian and together we claimed one of God's promises..... 1 Peter 5:7 ....Casting all your care upon him: for he careth for you. Ken turned his marriage over to God in prayer.
God performed a meracle by putting Ken's marriage back together in little over a month. Ken went from not wanting to live and having to face a broken marriage to a marriage blessed by God. This proves that Jesus is the answer for Ken and his wife, Donna.
A second driver and his wife came into the chapel that very same night. The first words that he said were, "I don't have the slightest idea why I am here, except I felt drawn to be here. When I hear these words, usually the driver needs to be saved. He was no exception. After he read God's plan of salvation, he prayed to receive Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. For this driver, Jesus was the answer to his most important need, eternal life. His wife was already saved and had been praying for him.
Since I have been involved in the truck stop ministry, truckers come to the chapel with all kinds of needs and problems, such as alcohol, durgs, sex, gambling addictions, marrital, financial, employer problems, and wayward childern. The biggest need of all is that they are lost and on their way to hell. Jesus is the answer to all of the above problems and any others that you might have. Trucker, if you are sure that you are going to heaven by putting your trust in Jesus who died on the cross for your sins, then was raised from the dead on the third day to save you, you need to turn your problems over to him. If you are not sure of heaven, please let God speak to you through His Word, the Bible.
Please read these virses out loud.
